I have been playing with resin for a while now and decided I had to get some beautiful butterfly molds for ResinObsession.com (link coming soon!). Yesterday I played with them a little, filling each mold with seed and bugle beads. Personally, I was not a pleased with them as I hoped I would be, but I think they aren't too terrible for a first attempt. The sizes range from 4" to 2.5" at the widest part of the wings. I'm off to get some glitter which will hopefully work a little better for the next experiments!
